Serving In

Casey and Jamie McDorman are global missionaries serving on the Eurasia Region in the regional office. Married for over 30 years, Casey and Jamie have three grown children, each pursuing their own callings and passions. As a family, they have always valued connection, conversation, and opening their home to others. Casey loves to hike, barbecue, and cheer for his many sports teams. Jamie enjoys baking, reading, and creating warm, welcoming spaces. Both find joy in listening to people’s stories and building relationships that point to Christ.

Casey and Jamie have spent their ministry lives pastoring, discipling, and walking alongside people in relationships with grace and hospitality. After 30 years of pastoral service and cross-cultural ministry experiences, they sensed God leading them into global mission work, joining what God is already doing around the world through His Church.

Casey is serving on the region through Jesus Film and church planting initiatives, equipping local leaders and training pastors as they develop new ministries and expressions of the Church. He is passionate about missional leadership, evangelism, and partnering with communities as they share the gospel in culturally meaningful ways.

Jamie is serving in Northern Europe Field Finance and mission projects across the region. With a heart for stewardship and organization, she works to ensure that financial systems and project structures empower pastors, support churches, and strengthen mission efforts across the region. She is committed to helping resources flow where they are needed most so ministry can flourish.

Together, the McDorman’s are committed to serving humbly, building trust across cultures, and partnering with the Church as it shares the hope of Jesus in every community.
