The PAMOJA26 Conference is a strategic leadership gathering designed to inspire, equip, and connect pastors, district leaders, and lay leaders from across the West Central Hub of Africa. Recognizing that strong leadership is essential for turning vision into mission, this event will focus on the theme “Growth in Authenticity & Relevance,” helping leaders navigate the challenges and opportunities of ministry in a rapidly growing church context.
Over four days, 500 to 700 participants representing more than 20 countries will come together for worship, teaching, and leadership development. Attendees will hear from international church leaders, including General Superintendent Dr. Scott Daniels, and participate in workshops that provide practical tools, resources, and training tailored to their ministry contexts. Special sessions for district leaders will focus on church and district development, while opportunities for fellowship and collaboration will strengthen a shared sense of mission across the region.
The anticipated impact is the continued development of healthy, effective leaders who are equipped to make disciples and strengthen local churches. Pastors will gain new insights and ministry skills, youth leaders will be encouraged to launch new initiatives, and ministry leaders will deepen their understanding of their roles and responsibilities. Ultimately, PAMOJA26 seeks to cultivate a new level of leadership maturity, collaboration, and missional focus that will contribute to the ongoing growth and transformation of the Church of the Nazarene across Africa.
