This project focuses on strengthening church leadership across East Africa through targeted workshops and conferences designed to equip pastors and emerging leaders. In a region where the number of churches continues to grow but trained clergy remain limited, this initiative addresses a critical need by developing skilled, confident, and spiritually grounded leaders.

Through collaborative training experiences, participants will gain practical tools for ministry, leadership development, and pastoral care, enabling them to better serve their congregations and communities. The program is implemented in partnership with district leadership and the Nazarene Bible College of East Africa, allowing participants to receive lifelong learning credit as they continue to grow in their calling.

By investing in leadership development, this project seeks to bridge the gap between churches and available clergy, foster sustainable growth, and strengthen the overall health of the church. The long-term vision is to see vibrant, well-led congregations across East Africa, supported by leaders who are equipped to guide, disciple, and impact their communities for Christ.
