For over 30 years, the Thailand District has labored faithfully as a Phase 1 district. In recent years, a surge in church planting and membership growth has signaled readiness for Phase 2. However, many emerging leaders and new believers still need deeper understanding of Nazarene doctrine, relational discipleship, and sustainable leadership practices.

This project seeks to instill a Christ-centered, interdependent Nazarene DNA across the district by combining discipleship, mentorship, and lifelong learning. Through strategic leadership development guided by a Spirit-led District Superintendent, passionate missionaries, and experienced field leaders, we aim to raise up mature, missional disciples and leaders who reflect Christ in their communities.

Our goal is to create a united, sustainable Thailand District that will be rich in relational depth, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and mobilized for long-term Kingdom impact.

Our Plan is to offer:

• DS visits to every local church and preaching point
• Regional leadership conference (PALCON)
• Structured discipleship pathways for new believers
• Core training in Nazarene identity, membership, and leadership
• Development of discipleship content in multiple languages
• Training for District Advisory Board members and lifelong learning opportunities for pastors
