We believe God’s vision for His Church is one of unity, where men and women lead together as a reflection of His kingdom on earth. Inspired by Psalm 133, we envision a flourishing Church where the gifts and callings of all people are fully realized. Around the world, Spirit-empowered women are responding to God’s call to leadership in unprecedented ways and the Asia-Pacific Region is no exception.

This project seeks to resource, equip, and empower women leaders across the Asia-Pacific Region through mentorship, theological training, leadership development, and storytelling. Over the next four years, we will cultivate spaces where women can flourish in ministry and lead alongside men as co-laborers in God’s mission.

The first step is to listen and learn, through the formation of a regional think tank, we will begin to gather data on the presence and participation of women in ministry roles. Simultaneously, we will initiate intentional activities such as:

• Mentorship networks and leadership development opportunities
• Regional and district gatherings with visible and celebrated female leadership
• Storytelling initiatives that amplify the voices and experiences of women in ministry
• Creation of a dynamic web presence to share progress and encourage global engagement

Success will not only be measured in statistics but in the growing presence of women leading confidently and collaboratively, the reshaping of leadership norms, and the Church's shared witness of God’s kingdom breaking through in unity and transformation.
