The Africa East Field, which includes Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda, has developed a tool to make it easier for churches to keep track of the weekly, monthly and quarterly records for their congregations.

Field leaders have recognized the struggle to track things like youth attendance, worship attendance, and offerings in an easy to reference way. Yet accurate records help leaders have clear information for future planning and ministry. Offering this tool serves the church by helping to simplify an area that can easily become overwhelming or overlooked.

This project will fund the first printing of 1000 copies, which will be distributed at district assemblies, conventions and conferences. The sale of the books will help to fund future printings, meaning this project will launch an ongoing resource for the churches in the field.
