Description:

The Pastoral Training project is designed to support new ministers, currently studying in a theological seminary in the Mesoamerica Region, to help them to become leaders, pastors, counselors, and educators who will serve their communities with maturity and excellences. The impact will extend to congregations, neighborhoods, and beyond, fostering spiritual growth, guidance, and support.

To see this impact, this project supports growth through scholarships, mentorship programs, practical training, community engagement, and resources such as theological literature, technology and other tools for study and ministry.
