Elizabeth es de Bolivia. Tiene una licenciatura en Teología con el Seminario Teológico Nazareno del Cono Sur. También es licenciada en Ciencia Política y Gestión Pública de la Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, con especialización en Relaciones Internacionales y Diplomacia.

Desde los 15 años de edad, estuvo en distintas áreas al servicio de Dios, dentro de la JNI (Juventud Nazarena Internacional) estuvo como Presidente a nivel local, como Vicepresidente, Secretaria, coordinadora de Evangelismo y Discipulado a nivel distrital y Coordinadora de Esgrima Bíblico a nivel nacional, en DNI (Discipulado Nazareno Internacional) estuvo como maestra de escuela dominical para niños, adolescentes y jóvenes a nivel local y coordinadora del Ministerio a la Mujer a nivel distrital, en MNI (Misiones Nazarenas Internacionales) estuvo ayudando en el equipo nacional.

Desde febrero del 2020 a enero 2024 estuvo como pastora local de una Iglesia en el Distrito La Paz Bolivia, la misión fue reabrir una Iglesia cerrada, no fue una tarea fácil pero ahí vio el accionar y la providencia de Dios en todo momento. Conformando un equipo de trabajo empezaron el trabajo al cual Dios les había llamado, hoy la Iglesia está en crecimiento y tiene una infraestructura nueva.

Actualmente es Docente en el Seminario Nazareno Boliviano (SENABOL), Coordinadora Nacional de Ministerios Nazarenos de Compasión (MNC) Bolivia y Secretaria de la Junta Nacional de Jubilación.

Desde adolescente su anhelo era servir en misiones, pudo participar en viajes misioneros de corto plazo en el país, hoy el Señor la está llamando para ayudar y servir en el país vecino de Chile. Por favor ora por ella, para que Dios guíe, de sabiduría y que sea un instrumento útil en sus manos. “Un día hice un compromiso con Dios de servirle y dar lo mejor de mí”. “Donde Él me guíe, seguiré. Pongo en Jesús mi humilde fe...”

Elizabeth is from Bolivia. She holds a bachelor's degree in Theology from the Nazarene Theological Seminary of the Southern Cone. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Management from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, specializing in International Relations and Diplomacy.

Since the age of 15, she has been involved in various areas of service to God. Within the NYI (Nazarene Youth International), she served as President at the local level, as Vice President, Secretary, coordinator of Evangelism and Discipleship at the district level, and Coordinator of Bible Quiz at the national level. In the NDI (Nazarene Discipleship International), she served as a Sunday school teacher for children, adolescents, and youth at the local level, and as Coordinator of the Women's Ministry at the district level. She assisted at the national level in the NMI (Nazarene Missions International).

From February 2020 to January 2024, she served as a local pastor of a church in the La Paz District, Bolivia. The mission was to reopen a closed church, which was not an easy task, but she witnessed God's work and providence throughout. Forming a work team, they began the work to which God had called them, and today the church is growing and has a new infrastructure.

Currently, she is a Teacher at the Bolivian Nazarene Seminary (SENABOL), National Coordinator of Nazarene Compassion Ministries (NCM) Bolivia, and Secretary of the National Retirement Board.

Since adolescence, she has desired to serve in missions. She has been able to participate in short-term missionary trips within the country, and now the Lord is calling her to help and serve in the neighboring country of Chile. Please pray for her, that God may guide her, give her wisdom, and make her a useful instrument in His hands. "One day I made a commitment to God to serve Him and give my best”, “Where He may lead me I will go, For I have learned to trust Him so…".
