Stephen O. Gualberto is currently serving as the Field Strategy Coordinator for the Sealands Field, where he plays a vital role in guiding, developing and leading the church's strategy in this Field. Additionally, Stephen serves as the Senior Pastor of the Church of the Nazarene in General Mariano Alvarez (GMA) in the Southern Tagalog, Philippines.

Stephen served in various important roles within the Church of the Nazarene. He was a Field Strategy Coordinator for the Philippines and Micronesia for many years. He was also a District Superintendent, President of Philippine Nazarene College, and the Regional Coordinator for Nazarene Compassionate Ministries in the Asia-Pacific region. He also held the position of Program Coordinator for Nazarene Compassionate Ministries International in Lenexa, Kansas, USA, showcasing his dedication to serving communities worldwide.

Stephen is deeply passionate about holistic ministry, focusing on the well-being and protection of children and youth, leadership development, and compassionate ministries. He believes in the Church's role as a transformative agent in communities, aiming to create Christlike disciples through intentional discipleship.

On a personal note, Stephen was married to his wife, Theresa, for 28 years until her passing in 2021. Their family faced further tragedy when their young son died due to COVID-19, just eight months after Theresa's death. Stephen's older daughter, Dash, continues to carry on the family's legacy of service by working with Nazarene Compassionate Ministries in Manila.
