Originally from Kenya, the Amolo family are on a global missionary assignment in the Gambia, Africa Region. Fredrick and Lilian Amolo, together with their six family members, are passionate about church growth, community transformation and leadership development. The Amolo family are joining the work of the Holy Spirit in raising a community of faith and transforming the heart and livelihood of the Gambia people.
Fredrick and Lilian Amolo have served the church in diverse ways in Kenya. Fredrick has served in various roles, including pastoral ministry, youth leadership development, pastoral training and development, teaching at Africa Nazarene University and District Superintendent. Fredrick holds a BTH from Africa Nazarene University, an MDiv from Africa International University, and a PhD from Kenyatta University.
Lilian has served in community development programs (women empowerment), pastoral development through teaching, and pastoral ministry associates. She was involved in the learning of pastors and local church ministries. Lilian holds a BTH from Africa Nazarene University and an MA in Community Development from Catholic University. Her passion is in the development and growth of community welfare through compassion and empowerment She strongly advocates for compassionate evangelism.
The Amolo family consists of Alfred Jones, Loryne Jayne, Daryl Stanton, Mitchelle Apiyo, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education at Africa Nazarene University; Sarah Adongo, pursuing a certificate in food technology and Antony Otieno, currently pursuing a BBIT at Africa Nazarene University.
