Kibamba Church of the Nazarene was born out of a deep desire to share the love of Jesus in an area with very few churches. A few years ago, Pastor George John was transferred to Dar es Salaam for work and was moved by the spiritual need in the Kibamba community. Led by the Holy Spirit, he took a bold step of faith and planted this church.
The journey has not been easy. The area has a strong Muslim presence, and starting a new church came with great challenges. However, through prayer, dedication, and the grace of God, we now have a growing congregation of 25 committed believers. Though our church is not yet formally organized, we see God's hand at work, drawing more people into His kingdom.
Currently, we meet in a rented space, which limits our ability to grow and serve the community effectively. We have been blessed with a piece of land, but we need help to construct a permanent church building. Having our own place of worship will not only give us a strong identity but will also provide stability and a greater opportunity to reach more souls for Christ.
Your generous support will:
1. Provide a permanent place for worship and community outreach
2. Strengthen our ability to disciple and grow our congregation
3. Allow us to minister more effectively to the people in our neighborhood
We believe that God has great plans for Kibamba Church, and we invite you to be a part of this incredible journey.
