This project seeks to encourage a renewed movement of women who are growing in their relationship with Jesus and sharing His love within their communities. As more women engage, local churches will experience stronger, more vibrant women’s ministries led by individuals who are equipped to mentor and guide others.

Regional THRiVE gatherings will provide training, encouragement, and a shared vision, helping leaders bring sustainable ministry models back to their districts. By fostering a common language of grace and discipleship, the project will empower women to nurture others, build supportive networks, and mobilize compassionate service in their communities.

Through this initiative, the hope is to see women across North America reflect God’s presence in meaningful ways by strengthening their churches, supporting one another, and extending Christ’s love to those around them.
