For many years only a few churches in Paraguay had effective discipleship classes, and only a few attended, usually on days when there was a special meal. Currently, Nazarene Discipleship International (NDI) is active in only about 70% of the 30 churches. We recognize this is a largely volunteer role that should serve not only our children, but also our teens, young people and adults. Leaders in Paraguay dream of a team of equipped, motivated teachers who are ready to help 100% of the churches in the country serve their communities with meaningful discipleship classes.

This project is to help provide financial resources to train local and district leaders in person in all three districts in Paraguay. It will also include other trainings via Zoom. Financial resources have been a limiting factor in the past to accomplish organized, systematic and intentional training to giving this need the attention it deserves.
