This project addresses a significant transportation challenge for pastors serving remote communities, where reaching churches and visiting families often requires walking long distances. In some areas, pastors may walk two hours or more because roads are inaccessible to conventional vehicles, limiting the time and frequency with which they can provide pastoral care and ministry.
Providing motorcycles will allow pastors to travel more safely and efficiently between churches and communities. A journey that currently requires approximately two hours on foot could be reduced to about 30 minutes by motorcycle, giving pastors more time for visitation, discipleship, evangelism, and other ministry responsibilities.
The anticipated impact is stronger and more consistent pastoral care for families living in these isolated communities. With motorcycles as a practical means of transportation, pastors will be better equipped to reach more people, strengthen local congregations, and bring the hope of Christ to communities where access would otherwise remain difficult.
