Any opportunity for pastoral training and education is a priority on the Eurasia North Field. So, when we have a chance to create the space for those to be able to learn, we jump on the opportunity.

The Central Asia district owns a two-story building in Borovoe, Kazakhstan. This is the ideal location for pulling together individuals seeking ordination and continuing education as it allows easy access from surrounding countries without visa limitations. This location will be used for EUNC intensives for ordination classes, pastoral continuing education, NCM, NDI & NMI trainings, Eurasia North Field missionary gatherings, Trauma trainings, and district meetings.

This project is going to set up in three different phases:
Phase 1 - $30,000 (Documentation & exterior work)
Phase 2 - $150,000 (Interior construction)
Phase 3 - $40,000 (furniture and technology)

To accomplish this project, we are asking for funding to come from several different places; Districts, alabaster, Nazarene Missions Teams (formerly Work and Witness) and donors like you. We are needing $220,000 for the completion of this project here is what we will be using these funds for.

Breakdown of project needs:
Security on the site during construction
Permits and documentation
Building plans & blueprints
Roof and exterior wall repairs
Interior construction (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and wall construction)
Furniture and AV telecommunication technology
Contingency Preparedness Fund
On-Going Expenses:
Taxes - (land, property, income and payroll taxes)
Cleaning and Maintenance per month
Utilities -Water, Heating, Electric, etc.
Sustainability Plan: The Central Asia District will provide the ongoing expenses and management of the property.
