The Greystones Church of the Nazarene has experienced remarkable growth since 2021-spiritually, relationally, and numerically reflecting a powerful move of God’s grace. Worship attendance has more than doubled, with 80–100 people gathering weekly and over 50 children actively involved in ministry. The congregation has grown in faith, unity, and generosity, supported by a dedicated staff team and a thriving group of volunteers who serve across multiple ministries.

The church building has become a true community hub, welcoming more than 500 people each week through various programs such as Naz Kids, Parent and Toddler groups, Pickleball, Young Life, Zumba, Senseable Tots, and English classes for asylum seekers. This vibrant activity highlights the church’s commitment to serving both its members and the wider community.

To sustain and expand this ministry, the church plans to extend its building, creating additional space for worship, discipleship, and outreach. This expansion will enhance ongoing ministries and open new opportunities to serve the growing community. Planning approval has been granted by Wicklow County Council, including the provision of additional land at no cost, a remarkable sign of community trust and government partnership.

The Greystones Church dreams of becoming a centralized facility for Nazarene ministry across Ireland, a launching ground for creative and transformative outreach on the island. This project builds upon decades of faithful giving and service dating back to the first Nazarene presence in Dublin in the 1960s.
