Families across Ukraine are facing destruction, displacement, and deep economic hardship as the war continues. Cities like Odesa, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Koziatyn, and Kyiv have suffered repeated attacks, leaving homes, schools, and essential services damaged. Many households are now led by women, children, or the elderly as men are conscripted, and food, medicine, and safe spaces are in short supply.
Churches of the Nazarene are responding with compassion and courage. Local congregations distribute food, hygiene items, and medicine, run feeding programs, and open mercy homes for those without shelter. They organize children’s clubs and youth gatherings, visit widows and families of fallen soldiers, and provide emotional and spiritual care. In some areas, churches are repairing and expanding their facilities so children and youth have safe, welcoming spaces for learning and community.
Your giving makes this response possible. Each gift provides families with practical help and the assurance that they are not alone, allowing the church to be a refuge of hope in the midst of war.
