Description:

The Africa East Field District Development project is geared towards the realization of growth in all districts across the Field. The desire is to develop District leaders through trainings, workshops, and help districts gro. God wants to empower the local churches and districts through the training of superintendents, pastors and District Advisory Board members. This will see local churches grow to be self-sustained, and superintdents and pastors be empowered in their leadership roles. This will also unleash the potential of younger pastors, who will then be available to take new leadership roles as the field divides its geographically larger districts.

We anticipate this project will lead to strong and healthy local churches, new and developing leaders, and strong, growing districts that are not only growing to the next phase but also birthing other new districts.

These funds will help us organize workshops to teach, train and nurture all leaders across the field. Our aim is to hold four workshops a year, starting with one for all superintendents, then others will follow for the District Advisory Boards and pastors.
