Working in media was the last thing Ingrid and Terence considered when God called them into full-time ministry. Their paths crossed at World Mission Communications (WMC) in Manila, Philippines where they both interned while being graduate students at the Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary (APNTS). After a few years, they married, graduated, and were sent to the Southeast Asia Field as Nazarene missionaries.

The Lustañas assist the Field Strategy Coordinator and are a part of the Field Communications team for other media needs. Most recently, they have taken the responsibility as Field Youth Coordinators. After hours, they partner with local churches in a badminton outreach.

On December 18, 2019, Jubilee Rei "Reilee" joined the family. Lukas Hesed arrived on May 4, 2021.
