In the Philippines – Micronesia field, there is a long history of churches led and served by lay people. Much of the strategy to strengthen and expand the church in this field is based around training lay people to serve as pastors and leaders, which is why this project is designed to strengthen theological and pastoral extension education programs in the Philippines.

By supporting the Lay Minsterial development project, you will help to provide opportunities for gifted lay leaders to attend district, national and global leadership trainings. It will also allow field and district leaders to identify lay leaders ready to step forward in ministry and give them opportunities for further training and mentoring.
